Open Door Food Pantry in Norwalk is in need of the following items during December:

spaghetti
spaghetti sauce
cold cereal
oatmeal
dry black beans
juice
toothbrushes
toothpaste
deodorant
Your
donations are greatly appreciated! Please drop off items in Smith Hall.

Prepare and Serve Lunch at the Open Door Shelter –
Tuesday, January 24

Volunteers help
provide lunch for over 250 people at the shelter one
Tuesday each month. Please dress conservatively, wear closed-toe
shoes and bring an apron. We carpool from the front
parking circle at 10:30am and return by 2:30pm.

Volunteers are needed to help prepare
dinner, in advance, to serve 80 men.
Food contributions should be dropped off
by 4:30pm in the Smith Hall Kitchen. Please contact Linda Twombly at 203-966-4013 for
details and to sign up - a few "helpers" are needed for on-site
delivery and serving.
