Many of you know, Thomas Merton is one of my favorite writers and something of a “spiritual hero” of mine. One of our members, Maria Hemmings, and I have discussed Merton’s writings for some time. Knowing that some of you are fans as well, I want to invite you to read one of his essays and join in on a Zoom discussion. The essay is a chapter in his book titled Love and Living.
