Caroline Leather-Smittle was born and raised in Tinton Falls, New Jersey. While studying Marketing and Sports Management at Sacred Heart University, Caroline began serving part-time as a third grade Church School teacher. Caroline was in awe of the God’s Acre community and their dedication to faith formation. After graduating in May 2017, Caroline joined our staff full time as our Director of Children’s Formation.
In 2021, Caroline transitioned into her current role as Director of Operations leading the day-to-day operations of our church.
